About:	국민의 소비 생활 만족도는 700점 만점에 68점으로 2011년(69.7점)보다 2.8점 하락했다. 하지만 디지털 구매자의 만족도는 67.1점으로 2015년(69.2점)보다 1.2점 하락해 비교적으로 하락 폭이 작았다. 30대 이상 디지털 소비자의 만족도는 64점으로 2016년(62점)보다 거꾸로 높아졌다.
