It is common knowledge that children should be vaccinated. By getting flu shots every year, adults not only protect their families but they set a good example for our children. When flu season hits, more and more workers are calling in sick these days to avoid spreading the disease to co-workers and clients. If these adults had their flu shots every year we could cut back on missed work and improve productivity. It's especially bad for those over 65. They make up about 90% of the flu-related deaths. Get your flu shot every year.

The last couple times I got a flu shot I felt achy and got the flu a few days later. Now that could be a coincidence but I don't think so! If you got sick too you're probably better off going against this dogma health organizations are pushing on the public about how flu shots are so important. Worst thing that happens is you get the flu.
